Does some one have a nice sized banned IP list to post? I would like to
start including banned IP's and I am sure someone has a list out there. Also
I would like it to be "open" I don't want it to include things like Yahoo or
AOL....I have users that would get quite upset if I blocked there
friends....

Thanks,
Biff

Bob, could you tell me how agressive your list is ? Its fairly long...

I have been compiling this list for allmost a year and half for about
2 months anything that was considered spam by Paranoid and spamassasin
they automatically got listed I typically did this at night knowing that the
majority
of my clients and their friends would be in the same place that I was.
In the morning I would go through the spam and rejects folders ensuring
that there were not false positives. and generally look over the mail.
I would then go into the banlist and clean it up, by deleting any that I
knew
for sure was good and then adding the * before the @ and getting rid of the
false name if these were well know spam domains. If you look you will find
full email address. Those will typically be, msn, yahoo etc. Those I left
alone
because I was not about to put a wildcard in front @msn.com because then we
would get no messages
from those site.

But the main reason is because of a year and a half compiling
(and still to some extent)
