I am running into this issue now since I upgraded to v3.0.213 as well. The biggest problem is that once it happens it skips my scripting and automatically delivers the email thus bypassing all my span detection logic. This is happening at least once an hour. Is there any way to change the default behaviour to not deliver the message if an error is thrown?
