Although we have ewall4, its not live yet so we are still using ew3 :)

We recently changed our SPAM/antivirus providers which has caused a problem.

When i issue a "send custom file" to the {from} address its trying to send to an "SRS0" address which obviously fails.


Checking the log this is what is now being received

"RECEIVED: MAIL FROM:<SRS0=baMx=EQ=emedia.co.uk=support@serviceuk.xxxxx.com> SIZE=5344"


When it gets to the users inbox, it displays the correct email address.


1) what can i do ?
2) will the same happen in EW4 ?

eWall4 doesn't have this problem.

We should be saying goodbye to ewall3 shortly - its done us proud.
