Problem with SPF when there is an other txt-record

Postby sva » Thu Feb 14, 2013 12:12 pm

hello community!

i have the following problem with the SPF-check:

if the domain has an additional txt-record (additional to spf) the result is always NEUTRAL even if the spf-test should fail.

example paypal.com:
"google-site-verification: NrhK1Hj7KuCPua1OcvfacDawt46H9VjByS4IAw5vsFA"
"v=spf1 include:pp._spf.paypal.com include:3rdparty._spf.paypal.com include:3rdparty1._spf.paypal.com include:3rdparty2._spf.paypal.com include:c._spf.ebay.com ~all"

... is always NEUTRAL, because ewall is only reading the google-site-verification (logfile).

does anyone know about this issue? and hopefully there is a solution ;-)

thank you!

Stop eWall core service, unpack archive into eWall directory and start eWall service.

oh - sorry; thought automatically it's a complete installer; didn't take care of the filename directly :-o

the result: PERFECT! seems to work correctly!

a big THANK YOU :-)
